Who we are
Freemasonry is a fraternity accepting men from all walks of life who demonstrate upright conduct and acknowledge a belief in a Supreme Being, teaching the precepts of equality, charity, tolerance, fellowship, and brotherly love through Masonic symbols and allegorical lessons.
Since 1845, Charleston Lodge #35, A.F. & A.M is the local Masonic Lodge chartered under the Grand Lodge of Illinois. We strive to inspire acts of benevolence, charity, and goodwill toward all humankind, ultimately making our community and the world a better place.
